乌克兰当地时间14日下午，中西部城市文尼察（Vinnytsia）的民宅与文化中心，遭到俄军巡弋飞弹精准打击，造成12人死亡，包括1名儿童。不过俄军声称，打击的是一处军事目标。

乌克兰国会议员索夫桑（Inna Sovsun）在推特发文表示，俄罗斯混蛋刚才用飞弹击中文尼察的文化中心，文化中心和附近几处住宅被毁，造成12人死亡，其中包含1个儿童。
索夫桑痛批，俄罗斯宣传人员再次声称，他们摧毁一个军事目标，「但是孩子…..」。
