菲律宾油轮遇大浪翻覆沉没漏油　16人获救1船员仍失踪

菲律宾一艘油轮25日清晨在马尼拉湾（Manila Bay）倾覆沉没，载有1494公吨工业燃油，现已确认有发生漏油事故。事发当下船上有17人，其中16人获救、还有1人失踪，搜救工作进行中，当局正调查这起船只翻覆事件是否与凯米台风有关。

BBC、路透等报导，油轮「MT Terra Nova」事发前正驶向菲律宾中部城市怡朗（Iloilo），但在巴丹省沿海城镇利迈（Limay）附近海域倾覆后沉没，船上大量工业燃油外泄。依据获救船员的说法，在油轮翻覆之前，有遇到汹涌大浪。

交通部长包蒂斯塔（Jaime Bautista）证实发生漏油，但强风与大浪无法派遣资源；依据最新空中调查，海面浮油扩散约莫2海里（约3.7公里）。海岸防卫队发言人巴里罗（Armando Balilo）表示，一艘97公尺的海岸防卫队船只已经被派往搜寻失踪船员，同时对漏油做出应对措施，「我们正与时间赛跑，尽最大努力设法遏止漏油」。

巴里罗更称，若油轮载的工业燃油全数外泄，这将是菲律宾史上最大的漏油事件。菲律宾当局正调查这起翻覆事件是否与凯米台风有关，总统小马可仕（Ferdinand Marcos Jr.）下令环境部进行相关评估。
