美国当地时间5日上午一架小型飞机在乔治亚州的一处农村坠毁，不幸的是机上有5名乘客全部丧生，其中包括一家来自佛罗里达州的4口人，而他们原先计划前往印第安那州参加一场葬礼。

纽约普南特县（Putnam County）警方表示，目前得知5名乘客全数罹难，尚未厘清飞机失事的主要要原因，但死者中包括两名小孩，令人相当遗憾。居住在失事地点的附近居民表示，当时看到一架飞机起飞后开始盘旋，接着报出火光，飞机掉落在田野中发出巨大的声响。
