设计概念Design Concept

轻启门扉，卸下无形的桎梏，让自己深陷于粉、灰相间的柔软中，在墙内暖光的辉映下，眺望窗外浓郁暮色，使繁忙的身心逐渐沉淀，环顾四周，温暖的茶色涂料奠定内敛沉稳的气息，流溢现代质韵的洗练金属与天、壁间的柔和曲弧，展现刚柔并济的和谐观感；家宅的每寸每隅皆如梦想中的景致，令人流连其中，享受独属个人的温馨与归宿。

思及业主身为一位年轻、独立的都会女性，丰聚设计 李羽芝、黄翊峰 设计总监 选用金属、铁件、磁砖和玻璃等素材，营造轻巧俐落的时尚风韵，再于天花板和梁柱边角注入圆弧曲线，为空间增添一抹柔润之余，也展现屋主温和、柔韧的性格，而整体配色则以居者喜爱的奶茶色系为基调，缀搭梦幻却不失个性的烟熏玫瑰色，打造贴近住者气质的质感家宅，同时呼应「让居所成为生活态度延伸」的品牌理念。

Open the door, remove the invisible constraints, and indulge in a rosy and grayish covering. Upon the balmy lighting glittering from the wall, you may set your bustle mind in front of a dusky window view. Then, the beige wall coating around you reveals an understated touch, and the sleek metallic elements and curved edges present a harmonious charm. Every corner at home makes a fantasy that invites you to a pleasant and private sanctuary.

For the homeowner, a young and single career woman, Fertility Design's design director Sylvia Lee, executive director Lucas Huang adopted sleek and nifty touched materials such as metal, tiles, and glass to deliver a trendy style. Besides, adding curves to the borders and edges lends an elegant feel and features the homeowner’s mellow and determined personality. Moreover, we set the homeowner’s favorite creamy beige as the essential tone, and it sets off a characteristic smoky rose color to perform an exclusive style. As a result, the project echoes our brand concept-”We make a home an extension of your living attitude.”

Functional Layout Plans & Pleasant Gathering Space

考量此案居住成员为业主一人，我们将原先三房的格局，简化为一间附有更衣室和卫浴的主卧，不仅整合居者日常起居所需，也为公领域保留充裕空间，辅以开放式设计，利于屋主接待前来拜访的亲友或同事，予以众人自在宽敞的聚会场所。

To curate a solo living style, we re-reconfigured three bedrooms and established an en-suite master bedroom. The implementation integrates the homeowner’s daily and enhances sufficient public spaces. Besides, a spacious open plan allows entertaining guests or families in a free and easy gathering place.

细琢天地 隽永家居

Delicate Detailing & Sustainable Living Environment

本案墙面采用无毒乳胶漆，并于局部镘抹上艺术涂料，除了呈现不同的壁面纹理和层次，相较一般漆面更加耐脏、易保养，方便工作繁忙的业主维护生活环境，而地坪以超耐磨木地板为主，玄关落尘区和餐厨区则铺设磁砖，无形区划场域的同时，也能避免水渍或油污渗透沟缝，令家宅常保如新。

We adopted nontoxic latex paint to finish the project and partial decorative coating to present various veins and layering. In addition, the dust-resistant and easy-maintained wall coating makes a cleaning solution for the busy homeowner. We paved the mudroom, kitchen, and dining area floors with tiles rather than other laminated floors. Those selected materials seamlessly define different zones and keep the home as clean as possible.

We implement Eco-friendly ideas in every project. From the up-front design construction process to accomplishment, we exploit toxic-free and low-formaldehyde building materials and make great efforts to achieve aesthetic and healthy homes. It is essential for us to protect the natural environment as well as to give full play to our creativity.

玄关、客厅

Entrance & Living Room

甫入玄关，由冰柱玻璃和石纹板材组成的铁件屏风旋即映入眼帘，形塑轻盈通透的视感，一旁鞋柜采用灰镜柜门，具延伸、放大场域之效，步入客厅，与业主一同挑选的灰、粉双色沙发逸散圆润柔软的包覆感，予人舒适安心的氛围。

At first glance, a metallic framed partition screen composed of reeded glass and faux marble panels appears. It makes a delicately airy view. Adjacent, a shoe cabinet with tinted mirrored doors contributes to enlarging the interior space. Besides, we selected a gray and pink sofa with the homeowner, which appeals to a mellow and tactile quality. It feels like a calming and soothing embrace being in the living room.

餐厨区

Kitchen & Dining Space Combo

配合业主接待访客的需求，餐厅选配多人长桌，搭配灰、粉相间的麂皮餐椅和玫瑰金泡泡吊灯，呼应整体色调及现代风格，营造充满仪式感的用餐氛围；厨房则安排中岛、流理台和电器柜，满足使用者备餐机能，构筑宾主尽欢的聚会场域。

Considering the homeowner’s requirements for entertaining guests, we arranged a large dining table serving more people. With matched suede chairs and golden drop pendant lights, the trendy dining space creates a sense of ritual in the dominant color palettes. Besides, we built a functional kitchen that incorporates an island, sink units, and electric appliance storage to facilitate food preparation. It is successful in accomplishing a statement gathering space.

主卧、更衣室

Master Bedroom & Walk-in Closet

主卧延续公领域大地色与雾粉色，并于床头采用金属造型吊灯，形塑安稳而不失浪漫情怀的舒眠环境，而通往更衣室的梁柱则以曲弧相接，形构犹如洞穴般的包覆性，赋予居者安全温馨之感。

The master bedroom’s color palettes extend the earthy tone and misty rose from the public spaces. A unique metallic-shaped pendant light complements a romantic and tranquil restful zone. Besides, curved-design access to the walk-in closet has a cave-like appeal and delivers a secure ambiance.
