今年度余纪忠时报文化基金会「青年学者奖」揭晓，共选出10位青年学者，第一名获中国时报创辧者余纪忠先生奖学金1万美元，第二名获余蔡玉辉女士奖学金1万美元，另8位获「时报青年奖学金」每人6千美元。
