中国海警「挥斧头、长刀」砸船画面曝！　菲控强行夺枪伤人如海盗

中菲船只17日在南海发生冲突，菲律宾军方公布影片，可见中国海警持斧头、开山刀等武器攻击菲国海军人员，不仅刺破船只，还强行夺走船上武器。参谋总长指控中方行径「有如海盗」，要求归还枪枝等装备并赔偿损失。

根据《美联社》，菲国官员说明，当时2艘菲律宾海军充气艇前往仁爱暗沙（Second Thomas Shoal）执行补给任务，遭到多达8艘中国海警汽艇多次撞击，甚至强行登船，一阵混战后扣留菲方船只，并持开山刀等刀械及榔头加以破坏，还缴获8支M4步枪、导航设备等物品，并打伤多名菲国海军人员，其中一人失去右手拇指。

军方19日晚间公布的影片中，中国海警在汽艇上挥舞刀械、斧头及棍棒，包围2艘菲国海军补给船，周围警笛声不断，双方互相怒吼，还可看见中国海警持刀刺破菲国充气艇，并用长棍吊走船上一个黑色袋子，看见有人录影时还故意对镜头闪烁灯光。还有照片显示菲方船只被砸坏，玻璃碎裂。

菲律宾参谋总长布劳纳（Romeo Brawner）在记者会上表示，「我们要求中国归还我方步枪与装备，并赔偿他们造成的损失」，「他们违法登上我们的船只，没收我方装备，这种行径使他们有如海盗。」
