中菲南海冲突　菲律宾总统小马可仕：无意挑起战争

菲律宾海军人员与中国海警近期在南海又发生新冲突，菲律宾宣称造成一人严重受伤，船只受损。菲律宾总统小马可仕（Ferdinand Marcos Jr.）23日公开表示，菲律宾不会挑起战争将致力于和平解决争端。

路透报导，小马可仕在向西部司令部部队发表谈话时提及上述言论，期间并未点名中国，但赞扬军队在激烈挑衅之际保持克制，菲律宾始终按照国际法行使其自由与权利，「在保卫国家的过程中，我们忠于菲律宾人的本性，希望和平解决所有这些问题。」

小马可仕还说，在履行职责时，菲律宾不会诉诸武力或恫吓，也不会蓄意伤害任何人，「我们立场坚定，我们的冷静与和平不该被错误视为默许。」

中菲这场最新冲突发生的地点位在南海，当时菲律宾海军搭乘充气船前往仁爱暗沙（Second Thomas Shoal）执行补给任务。菲律宾军方宣称，中国海警人员携带刀具长矛强行登船，夺走枪枝、导航设备等，多名菲律宾海军人员受伤，其中一人失去拇指。

针对菲律宾的说法，中国外交部发言人林剑20日表示，中方依法采取「必要措施」维护自身主权，合法合理，专业克制。
