德拉克洛瓦《自由引导人民》　颜料可能来自木乃伊

你相信，德拉克洛瓦（Eugène Delacroix）名作《自由引导人民》（Liberty Leading the People）颜料可能来自木乃伊的碎屑吗？

这种由木乃伊制成的颜料叫做「木乃伊棕」（Mummy Brown），16世纪初到19世纪末相当风行，由于木乃伊棕颜色具穿透性，适合拿来描绘阴影。包括浪漫主义大师德拉克洛瓦及几位拉斐尔前派的画家，都很爱用这种颜料。据说，德拉克洛瓦还是使用木乃伊棕的大师。
