美企337调查剑指半导体 华硕、宏碁、微星、联想在列

中国贸易救济资讯网21日公布，美国企业Tela Innovations, Inc.在12月18日根据「美国1930年关税法」第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定半导体及其下游产品（Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same）侵犯了其专利权。

报导称，遭申请337调查的企业中，包括宏碁集团（Acer）、宏碁美国公司（Acer America Corporation, San Jose, CA）、华硕电脑股份有限公司（ASUSTek Computer Inc.）、华硕电脑国际公司（Asus Computer International, Fairmont, CA）、英特尔公司（Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA）、联想集团公司（Lenovo Group Ltd., China）、联想（美国）公司（Lenovo （United States）Inc.）、微星科技股份有限公司（Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.）、微星科技美国公司（MSI Computer Corp., City of Industry, CA.）为列名被告。
