微软Windows 10作业系统活跃用户上周正式突破10亿大关，微软也透过影片宣传新功能及UI设计来纪念这一关键时刻。微软产品长暨Windows与装置部门主管Panos Panay也在其Instagram发表影片，透露微软正着手变更Window 10的「开始」功能表，并简化「动态砖」（Live Tiles）呈现方式。
科技网站《The Verge》报导，微软计划减少开始功能表动态砖的颜色，以简化视觉并让使用者更容易找到App。影片中也可以看到，动态砖的外观及彼此的间距都略有调整。微软似乎也正努力改进进Windows 10的Fluent Design系统，使其具有更现代化的情境式选单及全新的「档案」App。

建的Windows 10 App将逐步更新使用新的彩色图示，并透过Windows 10X来替Surface Neo等双荧幕设备进行现代化改版。
微软宣布于3月30日的线上活动中推出Microsoft 365服务消费者订阅方案。预计将捆绑Office、Microsoft Teams、密码管理器及消费者导向的通用功能，加入每月订阅中。预计30日的活动不会有微软即将推出的Surface Book 3或Surface Go 2等计划的进一步资讯，但微软可能会发布今年后Windows计划的相关讯息。
除此之外，今年微软开发者大会Build 2020将改为线上举办，预期会发表有关Windows和Windows 10X双荧幕设备的更多资讯。
