为爱买下整条街！英超球星斯特林砸百万英镑 购6新房当包租公

英国足球王牌明星斯特林（Raheem Sterling）未婚妻米莉安（Paige Milian）2018年取得房地产开发商资格，如今小俩口开始投资房产，用100万英镑的价格买下曼彻斯特的6间新房，现在分别以每月750英镑的价格出租。
每日邮报报导，斯特林与米莉安购入的6套房子位在斯托克波特（Stockport），每间房子都拥有2套卧室。目前22岁的米莉安已在IG证实这项消息，「历经过去几个月的房地产开发研究学习，我已经在2018年取得房地产开发商的资格」，强调除了这6套房子之外，未来还会增加更多项目。
After months of studying property development, I achieved my qualification to become a property developer in 2018. We then started a search of properties to add to our portfolio and was then succesfull in purchasing six brand new houses. 消息一出，该区住户感到相当惊讶，完全没料到经济状况相当富裕的斯特林小俩口会选在当地社区进行投资，「我去过那边，环境还算不错，但房租比当地社区贵上一些。」
据了解，该地区的房租每月大约落在600英镑左右，但斯特林与米莉安的房子租金每月则是750英镑。
