川普火速开除代理司法部长 重批「她背叛司法部！」

美国代理司法部长叶慈(Sally Yates)先前表示，「司法部不会为川普的移民命令辩驳」，结果火速被白宫以「背叛司法部」为由开除，并请维吉尼亚检察官邦特(Dana Boente)代理职位，直到川普提名的司法部长人选塞森(Jeff Sessions)获得参议院表决通过。
白宫声明中提到，「叶慈背叛了司法部，拒绝执行保护美国人民的法律命令。」并且批评叶慈是欧巴马时期的官员，对边界事务立场薄弱，对非法移民者更是如此。「现在是认真保护国家的时候了，加强筛检七个危险地区的旅客并不极端，这是保护国家的做法。」

白宫声明显示，总统川普今晚解除了叶慈的职位，并任命邦特代理，直到川普提名的司法部长人选塞森获得参议院认可后。邦特则对此回应，「很荣幸，将捍卫和执行国家法律，确保人民和国家得到保护。」
邦特(Dana Boente)为欧巴马执政时，担任路易斯安那州东区的检察官，后来任职维吉尼亚检察官，于2016年监督希拉蕊电邮案，是一位经验丰富的联邦检察官。

Statement on the Appointment of Dana Boente as Acting Attorney General
The acting Attorney General, Sally Yates, has betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States. This order was approved as to form and legality by the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel.
Ms. Yates is an Obama Administration appointee who is weak on borders and very weak on illegal immigration.It is time to get serious about protecting our country. Calling for tougher vetting for individuals travelling from seven dangerous places is not extreme. It is reasonable and necessary to protect our country.
Tonight, President Trump relieved Ms. Yates of her duties and subsequently named Dana Boente, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, to serve as Acting Attorney General until Senator Jeff Sessions is finally confirmed by the Senate, where he is being wrongly held up by Democrat senators for strictly political reasons.
"I am honored to serve President Trump in this role until Senator Sessions is confirmed. I will defend and enforce the laws of our country to ensure that our people and our nation are protected," said Dana Boente, Acting Attorney General.
