影／咖啡店瓦斯外泄…暖老板为了顾客「最后撤离」 当场被炸死！

美国北卡罗莱纳州德罕（Durham）市中心一处烟草仓库改建的建筑物，10日上午疑似因施工不慎造成瓦斯气爆，现场几乎完全被炸毁，造成1人死亡、25人受伤。据指出，死者为当地一间咖啡店的老板，他当时担心店内还有顾客，因此没有在第一时间撤离，结果葬身火窟。
综合外媒报导，在气爆发生之前，现场就已经传出阵阵瓦斯异味。消防人员获报感到现场，为安全起见先疏散建筑物内所有人，唯独一楼咖啡店的61岁亚裔老板Kong Lee没有离开。不久后现场突然爆炸，造成Kong Lee当场死亡，另有25人受伤，其中有9人是消防队员。
德罕市消防局长表示，消防员确实告诉商店里的所有人离开，几乎所有人的立刻撤离，唯独Kong Lee在店内徘徊；Kong Lee最后一次被目击，是在咖啡店的门口。Kong Lee的子女事后在社群媒体上po出一篇长文，称他们听到父亲的最后一句话，「是要我们告知所有员工和老顾客，这里发生了瓦斯泄漏事故，以免有人过来店里扑空」在附近经营商店的一名女士认为，Kong Lee应该是想先确保所有人已经离开，自己才要撤离，对此感到相当心痛。
警方表示，某建筑承包商的工程人员，当时正在建筑物旁的人行道进行铺设光纤工程，不慎凿毁地下瓦斯管路，造成瓦斯外泄，但目前仍在调查爆炸原因。
This is our dad. He had the biggest, purest heart out of anyone we know. He always wanted a cafe because he loved to serve people, and we were finally able to build him one.
