各种票房的说法

「票房」英文就是box office，我们经常会以票房来形容一部电影卖座与否，这些在英文上也可以用box office +名词的组合来表现，如果电影非常卖座就可以说 box-office success、box-office hit， hit在这里当名词使用，是success（成功）的意思；在娱乐新闻里 hit也经常出现，例如 hit song（热门歌曲）等。

相反地，如果票房不卖座，就可以用 box-office bomb来形容，而大多演员都害怕被贴上box-office poison（票房毒药）的标签。

卖座英文怎么说？

此外， blockbuster (n)也可指（因内容精彩而）非常成功、卖座的电影或书籍。

premiere是「（戏剧和电影）首映」的意思，可用做动词或名词，经常出现在多益测验中。
