菲律宾塔尔火山（Taal）过去24小时接连喷出火山灰及熔岩，许多航班受到影响，13日至少有286航班取消。不过，根据马尼拉国际机场管理局及菲律宾民航局最新说法，马尼拉尼诺伊艾奎诺国际机场（Ninoy Aquino International Airport）现已重新恢复部分运作，于当地上午10时允许班机离境，并于中午12时开放班机降落。

根据稍早CNN记者取得的画面，上万名旅客稍早滞留尼诺伊艾奎诺国际机场第一航厦，大厅内人潮塞爆。另据ABS-CBN推特的画面，机场第三航厦也有人就地躺下休息。此外，机场人员也有最新动作，正在清洗客机上头的火山灰。

不过，宿雾太平洋航空（Cebu Pacific）已于今早9时45分发声明表示，由于安全因素考量，宿雾太平洋航空现正进行客机全面性检查，待作业结束后，才会重启服务，所有原定13日在尼诺伊艾奎诺国际机场起降的乘客可在30日内重新订票，或选择全额退款。
