物联网布局最后一哩！高通确认以470亿美元收购恩智浦
今年在中国深圳举办的 NXP未来科技峰会（FTF 2016），已成为恩智浦最后一场大规模公开活动，因为美国大厂高通（Qualcomm），确认用总价 470 亿美元，折合新台币约一兆四千九百亿元的天价，收购恩智浦半导体（NXP）公司，为的，宣誓要为未来发展行动应用、自动车、物联网、资安与网路发展的领头羊。
高通公司稍早发布声明指出，并购 NXP将是一个强强结合的动作，预期将为无线网路科技、行动应用、自动车、物联网与资安防护、5G等应用带来前所未有的突破，成为业界的领头羊，他们同意用每股110美元收购全球半导体供应商恩智浦（NXP），预期两家公司合并后，年营收将超过300亿美元。
该项收购交易包括债务在内，总值高达470亿美元。若排除债务，交易总值约390亿美元，此项并购案，凌驾安华高科技（Avago Technologies）用370亿美元收购博通公司（Broadcom Corp）案，成为近年来最大宗的半导体公司收购案。
