中职／Lamigo桃猿2014年总冠军纪念图腾已获原创授权

关于Lamigo桃猿队2014年总冠军纪念图腾因采用免费图库网站上「Ron Paul 2008」的标志为基底加以改制而成所引起之抄袭争议正式落幕，球团得到「Ron Paul 2008」原创者Joshua M. Smith先生的正式授权，Joshua M. Smith先生允许Lamigo球团可以使用「Ron Paul 2008」的标志并且可以将它改变及用于商品及市场营销。因此，Lamigo桃猿队使用2014年总冠军纪念图腾已获得原创授权。

含有2014年总冠军纪念图腾的T恤以及主场白球迷版球衣预计自2015年4月2日(四)起重新上架，球团发起「10号有爱总冠军」的活动，此系列商品自2015年4月2日(四)起之销售收入将全数捐给「财团法人罕见疾病基金会」以及「真善美社会福利基金会」两个社福单位，让两个单位共享「10号有爱总冠军」的成果，「10号有爱总冠军」善款捐赠活动日期将待2014年总冠军纪念图腾系列商品销售完毕之后公布，2014年总冠军纪念图腾系列商品数量有限，卖完为止。

I was able to get your email from the client you used that created the crest that is in question.我收到了你们关于有争议logo标志之问题的来信提问。

I just wanted to let you know that I am fine with the usage and you have my permission to us it. The piece was for a friend a while back and honestly not sure how it became free on different sites, but since it’s a older piece, so I didn’t mind it was used or reconstructed for usage. 我只是想让你们知道，我很同意你们使用此logo的标志方式，以及你们拥有我的许可去使用它。这件图像原本是送给我朋友使用的, 但是我真的不知道它为什么会变成出现在这么多的免费下载网站中供人下载使用。这标志其实是一个多年前的设计作品，我不介意它被大家使用或用重新构图的方式去变化。

I allow Lamigo to use Ron Paul 2008 Crest logo vector with alteration and also be able to apply to merchandise and marketing, and sorry it caused any friction between you and the designers that developed it. 我允许Lamigo用Ron Paul 2008 logo 标志，同时也允许Lamigo改变此logo标志，并且能够用于商品和市场营销。很不好意思因为此logo标志造成你们和调整此logo的设计师中间之误解。
