税改压力大 陈冲：听披头四《Taxman》纾压
行政院长陈冲21日上午第一次视察财政部，提到财税工作吃力不讨好时，他举出「披头四」(Beatles)60年代的歌曲《Taxman》(收税员)为例，比喻税务工作从过去就很难得到外界赞美，还建议员工多听听来纾解压力。
陈冲说，「如果觉得说有委屈的话，把这个披头四的歌拿来听一听。」陈冲上任后第一次视察财政部，给员工勉励的建议真的很特别，竟然要大家听歌纾压：「因为我是税务员，我是个税务员……。」这首「披头四」的经典歌曲《Taxman》(收税员)是对1960年代英国课税沉重的反讽，陈冲说其实这也代表税务工作很难得到外界的赞美。
陈冲说，「我们必须要承认一点，做税务的工作非常辛苦，很少有人会感谢你，但你不尽责的话，对国家来讲的话，就没有达到一个税官应该做的事情。」用譬喻的方式谈税收工作，至于敏感的课税项目，院长的回答和前一天财政部长刘忆如一样，很低调。
记者问，「调征证交税到6%，有没有这件事情？」陈冲说，「我从来没有听说过，我想股票市场其实是上上下下，昨天来讲其实欧股表现还不错。」对于股市成交量开始出现萎缩，陈冲也再次信心喊话，紧盯股市、财税，连勉励都用歌曲，也让人见识到财经内阁总舵手总是妙语如珠。
