美中上海重启贸易谈判！外界期望不高 川普强调：我们会赢
美中贸易谈判代表今（30）日将于上海会面，是为美国总统川普（Donald Trump）5月指控中国推翻承诺、谈判无果以来的首度面对面协商。世界两大经济体间的贸易谈判重上轨道，但双方都淡化外界对达成协议的期待。川普则在推特上表示，「无论如何，我们一定会赢。」
The E.U. and China will further lower interest rates and pump money into their systems, making it much easier for their manufacturers to sell product. In the meantime, and with very low inflation, our Fed does nothing - and probably will do very little by comparison. Too bad!
川普于当地时间29日在推特上写道，「欧盟和中国将进一步降低利率，并向各自的体系注入资金，使制造商能够更容易的销售产品。与此同时，在通货膨胀率非常低的情况下，我们的联邦准备系统（FED）却什么也不做，或是相较之下做得太少。这太糟糕了！」

川普也提到，「联邦准备系统『升息』得太早，也太高了，量化紧缩则是另一个重大错误。我们正和其他知道如何对付美国的国家竞争，这就是欧盟成立的原因。到目前为止，美国对中国来说一直是好对付的对象。联邦准备系统做出这些错误的举动，小幅降息是不够的。但我们无论如何都会赢！」
另一方面，《路透社》报导，这是美中6月底在日本大阪20国集团（G20）峰会间达成休战共识以来首度磋商。尽管外界都对这次为期2天的谈判期望不高，仍盼望双方至少可以承诺展现「善意」的态度，为未来的协商铺路。
