未提破门 诺富特发中英文声明：有责任尊重台湾法规
针对「民主斗阵」等公民团体，为了阻止王张会进行，日前投宿诺富特饭店时，遭警方偕同业者强行「破门」一事。该饭店27日以「中英文」对照方式，再发布声明表示，在他们经营所在地，有责任「尊重台湾当地的法律和法规」。
诺富特饭店指出，在25日一早，当饭店团队即察觉数名未登记住宿人士，同住于2名6月24日投宿人士房间内，依据台湾当地法律，每位登记住宿的房客入住时，需出示相关证明文件及填妥住房登记卡。
而根据消防、安全法规，业者也提到，按前述案件，该组房客入住人数，已经超过饭店每房所允许人数，饭店员工因此多次向这些未登记住宿者提出上述要求，并建议出示证明文件或离开饭店。
无奈这些人持续拒绝遵守规定，诺富特指出，在「饭店『介入』后，房内7人离开饭店」。最后业者强调，他们非常重视客户和员工的人身安全及权益，且必须落实所有程序，以确保整体安全性及防护措施。

On early Wednesday morning our team became aware that a number of unregistered persons were staying with two registered guests who checked in the hotel on 24 June.星期三早晨，本饭店团队察觉有数名未登记住宿人士同宿在两名登记六月24号住宿的人士房间内。
In addition, fire, health and safety regulations stipulate the total number of guests permitted to stay in each room, which was exceeded in this case. According to law in Taiwan, each person staying in the hotel must present identification and complete registration formalities.依据台湾当地法律,每一位登记住宿的客人需于入住时出示相关证明文件及填妥住房登记卡，此外依据消防、安全法规,按前述案件该组房客入住人数已超过饭店每房所允许人数。
Hotel staff repeatedly advised the unregistered persons of these requirements and asked that they present identification or leave the hotel.饭店员工多次向这些未登记住宿者提出上述要求并建议未登记住宿者需出示证明文件或离开饭店。
When they continually refused to comply, the hotel involved and seven persons in the room left the hotel.当他们持续拒绝遵守规定，饭店介入后，房内七人离开饭店。
